1. Operator and scope
These terms apply to your rider account with Dispatchwerk, a standalone product of Freydom UG (limited liability), in formation, Angelika-Machinek-Straße 20, 60486 Frankfurt am Main (“Dispatchwerk”). They govern access to the network and individual delivery jobs you voluntarily accept.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18, legally permitted to perform delivery work independently, and provide accurate account details. You are responsible for your vehicle, driving licence, required registrations, and sufficient liability and vehicle insurance. Accounts may not be shared or transferred.
3. Rider-controlled participation
You decide whether and when to go online, which service radius to choose, and whether to accept each offer. There is no minimum online time, acceptance rate or guaranteed job volume. Declining or letting an offer expire does not reduce a performance metric or trigger a contractual penalty.
4. Rates and individual delivery offers
You set your rate basis using three familiar reference journeys and may change it at any time. Changes apply only to quotes created afterwards. Existing offers and accepted jobs keep the payout and rate basis shown when they were created. Before acceptance, Dispatchwerk shows at least pickup, destination, material requirements and your payout. A test job explicitly labelled “Pilot test · no payout” instead states transparently that it creates neither a payment nor a payout. Only your express acceptance binds you to that job. Once accepted, you carry it out personally, carefully and within the displayed time window. Without acceptance, there is no duty to perform.
5. Pickup and chain of custody
You check the parcel and pickup code, handle shipments carefully, and follow displayed weight, fragile-item, identity or signature instructions. Shipments must not be opened, swapped, used privately or passed to an unauthorised person. You may and must reject prohibited, dangerous or clearly misdeclared goods and report them to support.
6. Delivery proof
Depending on the job, proof consists of a code, recipient verification, photo and/or signature. You collect only requested data and no additional private content. Proof must not be manipulated. Dispatchwerk stores photos and signatures encrypted and normally deletes them after 90 days unless a specific dispute or legal duty requires longer retention.
7. Payout
Payouts are made through your Stripe-controlled Connect account with the full Stripe Dashboard. You submit your legal identity, bank account and required identity documents directly to Stripe; Dispatchwerk stores only the account reference and verification status. You see your gross payout before accepting. You bear your own costs, taxes, contributions, insurance and equipment unless an offer expressly states otherwise. Payout is released only after you document delivery and the job principal or authorised ordering system independently confirms completion. In a specific dispute it remains secured pending review.
8. Device, location and security
You use your own suitable, securely locked smartphone. Location is processed only while you are actively online or completing a delivery. You protect credentials, promptly report device or account loss, and keep the operating system and browser/app secure. Dispatchwerk does not require device management or access to private content.
9. Account status and review
A new account may carry out offers only after vehicle, radius and Stripe checks are complete. Dispatchwerk may temporarily restrict functions for specific security, fraud or legal breaches. On request you receive reasons and may seek human review. Declining offers alone never triggers an automated suspension.
10. Pilot and external job sources
Dispatchwerk is in a controlled pilot. Features, service areas and job sources may therefore be limited. Your rider profile is not published publicly to Google or other ordering systems. Those systems receive delivery options and order milestones only through Dispatchwerk. Activation of Google UCP in Germany, or any resulting volume of work, is not promised.
11. Liability
Statutory liability rules apply. Dispatchwerk has unlimited liability for intent, gross negligence, and injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence involving an essential duty, liability is limited to foreseeable loss typical for the contract. Your statutory responsibility for damage caused intentionally or negligently remains unaffected.
12. Term and termination
Your rider account runs indefinitely. You may end it at any time by emailing [email protected]; accepted jobs must still be completed properly. Dispatchwerk may terminate with reasonable notice and may suspend or terminate immediately for serious abuse or substantial danger.
13. Changes and contact
Material changes are shown to you in text form before taking effect. Accepted jobs remain governed by the version applicable on acceptance. Contact for support, objections and human review: [email protected]. German law applies while preserving mandatory statutory protections.
